On 30 March 2023, we held another workshops conducted by foreign students of UMCS for students of high schools and primary schools.
This time, the workshops under the 'Languages without borders' slogan were held at Prywatne Liceum im. Królowej Jadwigi in Lublin. The meeting was another event organised in the Outreach Program for High Schools formula.
The aim of the workshop is the intercultural integration of foreign students studying at our University and the promotion of the English-language educational offer of UMCS among high school students. The meetings are held as part of the Welcome to Poland – 'UMCS 4 All' project financed by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA).
Meetings with young people consisted of a dual language and cultural workshop for three classes. These were carried out by Tra Pham, a Vietnamese student of International Relations, and Maciej Cieciora, a second-year student also majoring in International Relations.
