Welcome Centre UMCS organized a meeting between Lublin is YOUth organization and the UMCS Best Applicant contest winners.
The event was held on December 19, 2022 at the headquarters of the European Youth Capital at 11 Peowiaków Street.
The students visit at ,,Hej” Offices - the Headquarters of the European Youth Capital Lublin 2023 was insightful and a great opportunity for the International students to know more about the city, its possibilities and all the activities that are being organized for its young inhabitants within the framework of the European Youth Capital 2023.
It is worth mentioning that Lublin won this title as the first in Poland! It is awarded by the European Youth Forum for a period of one year. It is intended to strengthen the position and European identity of young people, as well as to increase their participation in decision-making in the city. It is also a promotion of young, broadly defined culture and activity of young people.
