'Analysis of personality types based on MBTI methodology taking into account cultural differences - studying in a multicultural environment' - this was the motto of a workshop for our foreign students aimed at intercultural integration in order to promote attitudes of openness and tolerance. The workshop was attended by students coming from, among others: Azerbaijan, Vietnam, Tanzania, Thailand, Poland, Ukraine, Great Britain, Zimbabwe.
The aim of the workshops was to facilitate functioning in a multicultural environment and to provide valuable information about the diverse personalities of our international students and how cultural differences can influence their behaviour and interactions in a multicultural environment.
Two editions of the 16-hour workshop were held at the Trinity coworking space on 19, 23, 26 and 30 May 2023. The workshops were led by trainer Magdalena Bis, Head of the Office of Competence Development at the University of Maria Curie-Skłodowska.
