W programie mogą wziąć udział pracownicy badawczo-dydaktyczni oraz badawczy zgłoszeni do liczby N w ramach dyscyplin naukowych ewaluowanych w UMCS.
Program skierowany jest do:
- młodych naukowców (do 5 lat po uzyskaniu stopnia doktora)
- pracowników prowadzących badania o charakterze interdyscyplinarnym - którzy nie byli dotychczas laureatami innych naukowych programów grantowych.
W ramach programu można uzyskać wsparcie do 20 000 zł na projekty badawcze, których czas realizacji nie przekracza 12 miesięcy. W ramach konkursu zostanie wyłonionych 5 zwycięzców.
Zalecany okres realizacji minigrantu - od 1 czerwca 2025 roku.

Wypełniony wniosek należy złożyć do Centrum Badań Naukowych UMCS (Rektorat, pokój 1310) lub skan wniosku przekazać na emaila: bbn@umcs.pl w terminie od 18 marca do 5 maja 2025 roku.

The Scientific Research Centre cordially notifies that the commencement of the call for requests to the 5th edition of the programme supporting scientific activity entitled the ”UMCS Mini-Grants” („Minigranty UMCS”) has been promulgated by prof. dr. hab. Wiesław I. Gruszecki, the UMCS Vice-Rector for Science and International Cooperation.
Within the framework of the current edition of the programme, the requests will be accepted in the UMCS Scientific Research Centre between 18 March and 05 May 2025. The outcomes of the contest will be announced until by the end of May 2025.
The requests to the programme can be submitted by research and didactic employees as well as research employees, reported to number N, in such scientific disciplines that are subjected to evaluation in the UMCS.
The programme is preferentially targeted at:
- young researchers (up to the fifth year following the obtainment of a doctoral degree);
- employees conducting research of an interdisciplinary nature - who have not been hitherto laureates of other scientific grant programmes.
The financial resources in the amount of up to PLN 20,000 (twenty thousand zlotys) are distributed under the programme to research projects with the duration no longer than twelve months.
The recommended implementation period for the mini-grant is as of 1 June 2025.
