Klub Studio as a part of Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza in Kraków has existed in current form since 2004. It is directed by non-governmental organization – Fundacja Studentów i Absolwentów Akademii Górniczo-Hutniczej in Kraków ACADEMICA. The foundation supports cultural initiatives of the AGH students such as Muzyczne Pogwarki, Studio Kabaretu, Śpiewogranie, Karaoke na Żywo, Gwar Świata and Bez Gwaru.
Every year the foundation co-creates Juwenalia Krakowskie, Juwenalia AGH and Festiwal Synestezje. The last festival brings together artists, musicians, poets and Art University students from all over the country. The foundation is also the caretaker of Orkiestra Reprezentacyjna AGH, Chór i Orkiestra Smyczkowa AGH Con Fuoco and Studia Muzyczne Kotłownia.
