Akademickie Centrum Kultury Politechniki Częstochowskiej was created in 1996 on the foundations of Klub „Politechnik” which was established in 1970. The main goal of the institution is cultivation of culture in the academic environment as well as among the citizens of Częstochowa and its neighbors. Activities of ACK are very broad and have a long-standing tradition. We organize classical and popular music concerts, direct educational programs for kids and teenagers, organize theater meetings, cabarets and art exhibitions (photography, painting). Thanks to our localization and perfect organization ACK activities are also science symposia, conferences, courses, fairs, anniversaries, banquets and balls. Dyskusyjny Klub Filmowy „Rumcajs” – the oldest film society in Poland, Chór PC, Studencki Teatr „Trybik”, Zespół Pieśni i Tańca „Częstochowa” all work as a part of ACK.
