Applications for scholarships are submitted only electronically via the USOSweb platform. Scanned documents confirming the student's financial situation should be attached to the scholarship application (format: PDF, JPG, PNG).
ATTENTION! From the summer semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, a student applying for a scholarship is obliged to submit a statement regarding the number of semesters in which he/she has had the status of a student so far*. The statement is visible on the last screen of the application in the USOSweb system, read its content and enter the number of semesters in the indicated place.
*According to art. 93 sec. 6 of the Law on Higher Education and Science, the period of entitlement to benefits includes all semesters of studies started by the student, including semesters falling during the period of taking leave from classes. Semesters of subsequent first-cycle studies commenced or continued after obtaining the first professional title of Bachelor, Engineer or equivalent are an exception (subsequent first-cycle studies are not included in the period of entitlement to benefits). In the case of education in several fields of study, semesters taken simultaneously are treated as one semester.
When applying for a social scholarship in an increased amount due to incurring the costs of living in a student dormitory, please do not contact the administration of the student dormitory to confirm your residence. Your residence will be confirmed through contact between individual dean's offices and the administration of Student Dormitories.
