Training “Recruitment without discrimination” - invitation
The Equality Team invites all interested parties to the training course “Recruitment without discrimination”.
The training will be held on April 11 (Friday), from 12:30 to 14:45 on the MS Teams platform.
During the training, participants will learn how stereotyping works and how it affects unconscious ladders of inference that can lead to discrimination. They will also learn critical thinking tools for self-reflection on their own beliefs and biases. The training will focus on preventing gender discrimination in recruitment processes.
The meeting will be led by Jolanta Prochowicz - philosopher, teacher and social activist, trainer of intercultural competencies for both the public and private sectors (including conducting trainings for corporations on working in an intercultural environment). She has been involved with NGOs specializing in the field of Human Rights for 14 years.
