Registration Fees include: free access to all meetings, coffee breaks, lunches, field trip, lunch or packed lunch for the field trip, and transportation from Zamość to Lublin on a Friday afternoon.

Registration Fees do not include: the cost of travel to the conference, accommodation and dinners during the conference. We have preregistered rooms at a negotiated price with different standards of accommodation facilities in Lublin and Zamość.

The Post-conference tour price includes: transport by bus, guide services (English); 2x nights in the Pajero Hotel & Inn (https://pajerobp.pl/) in double rooms; meals (2x breakfast, 3x lunch, 2x dinner); entrance tickets; insurance. The Post-conference tour starts in Zamość and finishes in Warsaw.
