I consent to the processing by the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin with its registered office at pl. M. Curie-Skłodowska 5, 20-031 Lublin, my personal data for the purpose of participation in international seminar, using the data provided by me.
I am aware of the rights that I am entitled to under the provisions of law, including rectification of data, objection to data processing, requests to delete data from the UMCS database, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time and that its withdrawal will not affect the legality of actions taken in consent period. If this right is exercised, it will not be possible to participate in the event international seminar. I have also been informed about the principles and means of data processing and other elements of processing my data contained in the information obligation.
Granted consents are valid now and in the future, provided that the purpose of processing is not changed, objections to the processing of personal data, requests to delete data, requests to stop processing data or withdrawal of consent.
The data administrator is the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS), based in Lublin, at Pl. Maria Curie-Skłodowska, 20-031 Lublin. Personal data (consistent with the form) are provided by people who wish to participate in the International Seminar , but without providing them it is not possible to participate in the event. They are collected by UMCS only for the purpose of their processing for the implementation of the International Seminar . They will be processed on the basis of consent, during the period of its validity, they will not be subject to further processing or profiling, and they will not be based on automated decisions. The data will not be made available to external recipients. The data subject has the right to access data, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, as well as the right to object to data processing, the right to transfer data and withdraw consent at any time, which will result in the removal of data from the database of data subjects. Participation in the event International Seminar has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. The personal data administrator has appointed a person supervising the correctness of personal data processing, who can be contacted at: iod@mail.umcs.pl .
