The essential way of spreading the conference results is publishing a reviewed post-conference materials in the form of e-book, in English. A book will consist of the full-text versions of papers presented in a course of conference and of texts submitted by the rest of conference participants. A prerequisite of publishing a text is to obtain two favourable reviews. A book will be available in open access. The Organizers will make an effort to place it in a well-recognized database of scientific publications of international range. E-book will be released in a first quarter of 2020 and edited by the publishing house which appears in a ministerial list of publishers.
Papers prepared exclusively in English, volume up to one publisher's sheet (no more than 40.000 characters including spacebars) need to be mailed by Oct. 17, 2019 to poz@umcs.pl
Each submitted text needs to indicate on the first page, on the top left corner: 1) Author’s name, last name, academic titles and degrees; 2) ORCID number (Open Researcher and Contributor ID); 3) concise indication of the represented unit (affiliation); 4) official e-mail address.
Wymogi redakcyjne:
Editorial guidelines: 1) Publication language: English (exclusively). 2) Volume of texts: up to 40.000 characters (including spacebars). 3) Tekst należy zapisać w formacie programu Microsoft Word (rozszerzenie doc/docx). The text must be saved in Microsoft Word format (extensions: doc/docx). 4) The title of the paper must be concise. 5) The text must be prepared with the application of A4 format, vertical orientation, margins of 2,5 cm, font size: 12 pt. (main text), font size 10 pt. (footnotes), line spacing 1,5 (main text), line spacing 1 (footnotes). 6) The article must have an abstract in English (volume of the abstract for each language version should have 200–300 words), as well as the key words written in English. 7) The illustrative material (drawings, graphs, diagrams) can be included only when it is really necessary. 8) Footnotes should be applied in the text. 9) The text must contain a separate (final) bibliographic list (alphabetical order, according to the authors’ surnames). 10) Titles of periodicals must be given in full wording (in inverted comas). 11) No underlining or bolding can be applied in the text. The text can be distinguished exclusively by increasing the space between characters (a spaced out text). 12) Foreign expressions (e.g. prima facie, de lege lata) should be distinguished in italics, whereas quotations should be only written in inverted comas, without italics. Quotation in quotation is marked by acute-angled quotation marks («...»). 13) All the papers will undergo assessment by reviewers. In case the reviewers suggest corrections, the condition of publishing is taking them into consideration by the author of the text. 14) All the materials undergo editing. It will involve not only eliminating spelling, punctuation and stylistic mistakes, but also correcting the logic of the text and removing faults of other types (e.g. terminological ones or those concerning the documentation layer). The author will receive a version to correct. In case the author’s proofreading is not sent back on time, the text will be referred for publication without the author’s corrections. 15) Texts that do not meet the basic requirements of language correctness will not be accepted.
