On 4 February 2025, the second phase of focus group interviews took place at the Arctic Council Secretariat in Tromsø.
The participants were experts and staff from regional organisations in the European Arctic and the Baltic Sea Region. This time, the study involved employees of the Arctic Council Secretariat.
The research was conducted by Dr Monika Szkarłat and Prof. Radosław Mącik.
