As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering international collaboration and promoting the work of our academic community, Maria Curie-Skłodowska University invites its researchers and academic staff to take part in the ATHENA Talks series during the 2025/2026 academic year.
ATHENA Talks is a weekly online lecture series organized within the framework of the ATHENA European University, featuring scientists and experts from partner institutions. It provides a platform for sharing innovative ideas, presenting research results, and engaging in open discussions on a wide range of topics — from hard sciences and emerging technologies to social sciences, policy, and education. Whether you specialize in physics, materials science, biology, AI, or education policy, ATHENA Talks has a place for your voice.
Talk Format:
- language: English,
- platform: Zoom (online),
- duration: 30–60 minutes for the main presentation,
- full session: typically lasts from 40 minutes to 2 hours,
- includes: Q&A session and open discussion,
- multimedia: use of slides or digital presentations is encouraged,
- schedule: Talks are held weekly on Fridays.
