She introduced the Loyd brand to the top tea brands in the country, positioning it in the race for primacy on many markets in Europe, Asia and Africa. For the brand, she obtained prestigious membership in "The London Tea History Association". She founded the "Institute of Coffee and Tea Market Research" with headquarters in Ustroń and London. She secured the position of the national leader for the "Minutka"(Minute) tea, developed a competitive advantage for a number of other Mokate tea brands, including "Babcia Jagoda" and the entire range of functional teas.
She became known as an efficient and demanding organizer of pro-quality activities, she was a consistent initiator of product innovations. She granted the Mokate Group a significant number of distinctions, awards and honorary titles. In a key period for the company's development, she led the "Sylwia" Advertising Agency, implementing winning marketing campaigns for the flagship product - Mokate Cappuccino.
She holds a doctorate degree in social sciences specializing in management and quality. A prominent figure in the movement for women's entrepreneurship both in Poland and internationally, she holds the title of "Polish Ambassador of Women's Entrepreneurship”. In 2016, she represented Poland at "Women's Entrepreneurship Day" at the UN headquarters in New York. She is involved in the global project "Million Women Mentors", supporting women’s professional activation.
