In the years 2002-2010, she worked as an assistant at the Institute of Economics of the Catholic University of Lublin. She is a lecturer at SWPS and Collegium Civitas. She served as secretary of the Bioethics Convention Team. In the years 2011-2013, she served as Minister of Sport and Tourism. Member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland in the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th term. Member of the Sejm committees: Health, Public Finance, Constitutional Accountability, Environmental Protection, and Legislative.
In the parliamentary elections in 2023, she won re-election on behalf of the Third Way Poland 2050 Coalition Committee of Szymon Hołownia and PSL. She is the vice-chair of the Poland 2050 party of Szymon Hołownia.
