Founder of the Kulczyk Foundation, a private family foundation that focuses its activities on fighting discrimination and inequality affecting women and girls all over the world. For a decade of its activity, the foundation has implemented over 200 aid projects in 66 countries on 6 continents.
Dominika Kulczyk's mission is to change social awareness - so that women and nature can enjoy their rights. For this purpose, in cooperation with CNN International and TVN Discovery, she has made over 60 documentaries, presenting moving stories of victims of injustice and discrimination around the world. Many of these films have been awarded at international festivals. In 2018, she was awarded the Order of the Smile for her outstanding contribution towards working with children.
