A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin and a holder of an MBA at the Lublin University of Technology.
For 14 years , she has been associated with the Lublin local government. She was a councilor during the 6th and 7th term of the Lublin City Council, where she served as chairwoman of the Sports, Tourism and Recreation Committee. Since January 2019, she has been the Deputy Mayor of Lublin for Culture, Sports and Participation, managing the city's affairs in the field of culture, sports, tourism, organization and cooperation with non-governmental organizations and the participatory model of managing the city of Lublin.
She is particularly involved in local government and social activities. Her cooperation with many organizations working for children and youth led to Lublin winning the title of European Youth Capital 2023. As the Mayor's Representative for the European Youth Capital, she initiated the creation of a city youth policy.
Since 2021, she has worked towards obtaining the title of European Capital of Culture for the City of Lublin, and since April 2024, she has been providing substantive supervision over the task force preparing the city’s application for the European Capital of Culture 2029.
