A computer scientist by education, she also has a management education from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and an MBA from the French Institute of Management.
From 2004 to 2009, she was the marketing director, and from 2009 to 2019, she was the rector of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. Since 2018, she has been the chairwoman of the Polish Initiative party.
She worked as a volunteer at the Women's Trust Line, established by the Federation for Women and Family Planning, and is a member of the Program Council of the Women's Congress. She twice chaired the Citizens' Committee of the Legislative Initiative "Save Women", which aimed at liberalizing anti-abortion law. She was also a member of the Citizens' Committee "Yes to in vitro" and co-founder of the Campus Polska Przyszłości (Europe's largest socio-political festival for young activists).
In 2016 she was included in the list of 100 Top Global Thinkers of the FP "Foreign Policy". In 2017, she received the international award “For Women’s Freedom” named after Simone de Beauvoir, along with the “Let’s Save Women” committee. In 2020, she was awarded the French National Order of Merit, the country’s fourth highest honor.
