A conference participant may submit a maximum of two abstracts for 1 conference fee.
Please note, abstract for posters or presentations should be sent to the conference email address
The deadline for abstract submission is presently 1 May, 2024. However, we will aim to respond to all abstracts submitted within 2 weeks of submission to confirm acceptance.
Guidelines for abstracts:
Together with the submission of an abstract, authors should indicate the most appropriate topic and should also state their preference for an oral or poster presentation.
Oral presentation: 20 minutes (15 min + 5 min discussion)
Poster size (B1): 1000 mm (height) x 700 mm (width)
Please follow the below guidelines exactly; the Conference Organisers will reserve the right to reject abstracts that do not comply.
