We are pleased to announce that 8 graphic design students of the Faculty of Arts of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University received scholarships of the Minister of Education and Science for significant artistic achievements in the academic year 2021/2022.

All laureates are participants of the grant "Maria Curie-Skłodowska UMCS on the international forum" carried out under the supervision of the PhD Alicja Snoch-Pawłowska as part of the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development, co-financed by the European Social Fund.
On 31st March 2022, out of 910 applications which met the requirements to receive the scholarship, the Minister of Education and Science, Przemysław Czarnek, awarded the scholarship to 432 students who represented almost all scientific and artistic disciplines. The scholarship is a one-time payment and its amount is PLN 17,000.
14 scholarships were awarded to students of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, including 8 students from the Faculty of Arts, 3 students from the Faculty of Earth Sciences and Spatial Management, 2 students from the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism and 1 student from the Faculty of Philology.
