Customer Experience Management in the digital era - this is an English-language seminar conducted for Erasmus+ students. The classes introduce students to the world of multichannel and customer satisfaction building in modern trade organizations. The seminar is conducted interactively. Students learn about various forms of trade organization and the role of the customer experience manager in modern, rapidly developing trade and service organizations. During the course, students become acquainted with the basics of the WordPress system as a tool for presenting a company on the Internet, as well as for building a personal branding-oriented blog and much more. Students maintain a blog on the service built for this course (https://cxm.mietwood.pl/). In the next step, students try to create and present engaging blog content and content marketing to customers (an example here). In the subsequent stages of the course, students learn the basics of internet marketing and try to apply them to the created message in e-commerce systems. Students also learn about search engine presence strategies and internet metrics. The entire course allows students to acquire knowledge and skills as a customer experience manager specialist. This is a highly paid and sought-after profession in organizations focused on acquiring customers on the Internet.
E-Commerce is an English-language seminar for business analytics students. The course expands on the Customer Experience Management course towards e-commerce for business analytics students. The course introduces students to e-business management issues from the perspective of a business analyst. Students learn market research methods and benchmarking for internet companies. Then, students learn about the WordPress system and the basics of content marketing. In the next part of the course, students analyze various internet business models to recognize their characteristics and suitability for their activities. We do not forget about the analytical profile of the student. Thus, students explore various phenomena occurring in e-commerce, such as the customer lifecycle, including customer acquisition, engagement, growth, retention, stabilization, and loss. The course includes discussions on customer database management methods such as customer churn or customer lifetime value. Students also analyze various effectiveness indicators in the online environment such as visibility, conversion, new users, or bounce rate. The course allows students to acquire knowledge and skills as an e-commerce specialist with an analytical profile.
Multichannel Logistics - this is a subject where we analyze the building of integrated customer experiences in the world of modern multichannel distribution. The lecture is conducted in an interactive style, where students can present their elaborations on selected aspects related to distribution and organization of various forms of sales and logistics, trade digitization, or circular economy.
Blockchain - This is a comprehensive lecture for business analytics students consisting of three main parts. In the first part, students learn about blockchain technology as a decentralized internet communication technique. The technological stack, authorization methods, data storage, and exchange are discussed. Based on demonstrations, students learn the terminology, basic concepts, and elements of blockchain history. In the second part of the course, students learn about digital currencies and their technological diversity and applications. The third part of the course discusses Ethereum and web application technology. The course concludes with a summary focused on blockchain applications in business and the legal issues associated with it.

Scientific Activity
My research focuses on
Analyzing customer experience in modern business models. I am particularly interested in viral marketing messages that shape interest and even attachment to the brand.
I am an enthusiast of the circular economy and observe all phenomena related to it. I am especially interested in CSR (ESG) reports as a manifestation of companies' strategies towards shaping their image as environmentally friendly organizations.
I am also interested in economic analytics as a future profession.
