PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
I consent to the processing by the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin based at pl. M. Curie-Skłodowskiej 5, 20-031 Lublin, my personal data in order to organize the “Career & Me 2024” as well as contact in matters related to its organization, using the data provided by me.
I am aware that the provision of data in the application form and its sending is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. Failure to provide data makes it impossible to apply and participate in the “Career & Me 2024”. I am aware of my rights under the provisions of law, including the right to withdraw my consent, and that its withdrawal will not affect the legality of actions taken until the consent is withdrawn. I have also been informed about the principles and means of data processing and other elements of processing my data included in the information obligation.
The consents granted are valid now and in the future, provided that the purpose of processing is not changed, you object to the processing of personal data, request the deletion of data, request the cessation of data processing or withdrawal of consent.

In order to organize the “Career & Me 2024”, the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University collects personal data from interested persons in the scope indicated in this form.
Access to the data will be granted to persons working and cooperating with the Data Administrator in the provision of services to you.
I have knowledge of my rights under the provisions of law, including rectification of data, objection to data processing, requests to delete data from the UMCS database, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time and that its revocation will not affect the legality of actions taken in the period of validity of the consent. In the event of exercising this right, it will not be possible to participate in the “Career & Me 2024”. I have also been informed about the principles and means of data processing and other elements of processing my data included in the information obligation.
The data administrator is the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS), based in Lublin, at Pl. Maria Curie-Skłodowskiej, 20-031 Lublin. Personal data (to the extent compliant with the form) are provided by persons willing to participate in the “Career & Me 2024” voluntarily, but without providing them it is not possible to participate in the “Career & Me 2024”. They are collected by UMCS only for the purpose of processing them for the implementation of the “Career & Me 2024”. They will be processed on the basis of consent, during the period of its validity, will not be subject to further processing or profiling, nor will they be based on decisions made in an automated manner. The data will not be shared with external recipients. The data subject has the right to access the data, the possibility of rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to data processing, the right to transfer data and withdraw consent at any time, which will result in the deletion of data from the database of recipients participation in the “Career & Me 2024”, also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
