Within the framework of the ATHENA Consortium's objectives, we establish joint study programs, develop existing ones, and support students, doctoral candidates, faculty, and staff in the exchange of experiences, and the development of knowledge and competencies.

Career Services Staff Training is an event designed to assist Career Services personnel from 10 affiliated universities in summarizing completed projects and formulating new perspectives to facilitate the ATHENA Consortium's academic community in enhanced dialogue with the economic environment.

The event program is structured to provide a platform for the exchange of experiences within the Career Services team, as well as to enable meetings with inspiring individuals from companies, government offices, and students collaborating with the UMCS Competence Development Office.

Career Services Staff Training 2025 promotes international dialogue, facilitating the exchange of visions for the development of activities within jointly created projects under the Consortium, while equipping participants with the skills necessary to navigate the dynamic ecosystem of higher education.
