PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I consent to the processing of my personal data by Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin with its registered office at pl. M. Curie-Skłodowska 5, 20-031 Lublin, for the purpose of organizing the Career Services Staff Training 2025, as well as contact in matters related to its organization, using the data provided by me

I am aware that providing data in the application form and sending it is voluntary, but necessary for the implementation of the purpose of processing. Failure to provide data prevents me from applying and participating in the Career Services Staff Training 2025. I am aware of the rights I have under the law, including the right to withdraw consent and that its withdrawal will not affect the legality of the actions taken until the consent is withdrawn. I have also been informed about the principles and means of data processing and other elements of processing my data included in the information obligation.

The consents granted are valid now and in the future provided that the purpose of processing is not changed, there is no objection to the processing of personal data, a request to delete the data, a request to stop processing the data or withdrawal of consent.

I am aware that:

Providing data in the form and sending it in connection with the application for participation in the Career Services Staff Training 2025 is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. Failure to provide data prevents you from applying and participating in the Career Services Staff Training 2025.

In order to organize the Career Services Staff Training 2025,  Maria Curie-Skłodowska University obtains personal data from interested parties in the scope indicated in this form.

Access to the data will be provided to persons working and cooperating with the Data Administrator in the scope of providing services to you.

I am aware of the rights I am entitled to under the provisions of law, including rectification of data, objection to data processing, request to delete data from the UMCS database, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time and that its withdrawal will not affect the legality of actions taken during the period of validity of the consent. In the event of exercising this right, it will not be possible to participate in the Career Services Staff Training 2025. I have also been informed about the principles and means of data processing and other elements of processing my data contained in the information obligation. The data controller is Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS), based in Lublin, at Pl. Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej, 20-031 Lublin. Personal data (to the extent consistent with the form) are provided by persons reporting their willingness to participate in the Career Services Staff Training 2025 voluntarily, however, without providing them, it is not possible to participate in the Career Services Staff Training 2025. They are collected by UMCS solely for the purpose of processing them for the implementation of the Career Services Staff Training 2025. They will be processed on the basis of consent, during its validity period, will not be subject to further processing or profiling, and decisions will not be made based on them in an automated manner. The data will not be made available to external recipients. The data subject has the right to access the data, the possibility of rectifying, deleting or limiting the processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of data, the right to transfer data and withdraw consent at any time, which will result in the deletion of data from the database of persons participating in Career Services Staff Training 2025, and the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
