The Center for Education and Student Services invites academic staff of the UMCS to a workshop organized by the Foundation for the Development of the Education System. It will be held on May 8-9, 2024.
The workshop is designed for university academic staff who encounter multiculturalism on a daily basis in their work. The main topics of the workshop are: managing cultural conflict, cultural correctness, multicultural communication, linguistic correctness in social media, communication/conversation techniques with a diverse foreign client, taking into account cultural differences, culture shock.

The workshop will be conducted in a stationary form. We are planning workshops for 3 groups. Workshop dates for other groups will be announced soon.
