We kindly inform you that until further notice, there will be changes in the realization of book and journal orders from the storage at the Main Library of UMCS.
During the renovation of the Main Library building, the book collection within the following signature ranges will be excluded from the ordering system. This means that ORDERS WILL NOT BE FULFILLED for individual accounts or for use in the reading rooms. Before placing an order, please check if the book or journal's signature falls within the excluded range:
For those using the Free Access Reading Room and the Periodicals Reading Room (3rd floor, new Library building), and the Circulation Section of the Main Library (ground floor), realizations of the available book collection will take place every two hours.
For those picking up books from the Circulation Desk, we would like to remind you that the library system sends notifications about the fulfillment of orders and readiness to pick up books. Please check the status of your order on your library account in the catalog or via email notifications sent by the Library.
