Paulina Paga - member of the board of the Lesław A. Paga Foundation

Founder of the ESG Leaders Academy at the Lesław A. Paga Foundation. In her family Foundation, as Co-Founder and Member of the Council, she is responsible for the ESG and Sustainability Leadership.

She is also the initiator of the participatory Housing Estate Museum, operating at the LSM housing cooperative in Lublin on behalf of the Teren Otwarty Foundation, which she established in 2014.

For 15 years, she has been facilitating sustainable transformation processes between the public sector, business organizations, and the civil society. She specializes in inclusive urban planning, revalorization of historic buildings and districts with public functions, and green areas, as well as in designing educational processes and methodologies.

She is a graduate of MBA Studies at the French Institute of Management and Cambridge’s Institute for Sustainable Leadership. She is a member of the Actors of Urban Change network at the Robert Bosch Foundation in Berlin and the New European Bauhaus Network. On a personal note, she is a Lublin resident by choice and a mother of two children.
