Consultant, academic lecturer, business trainer, and facilitator. An expert in the field of innovation, she has been involved in business consulting for 12 years. She specializes in project management (including innovative projects), financing innovations, and adapting organizations adapt to the changing world (VUCA/BANI). She has worked on strategic reorientation projects, developing breakthrough innovations, and development projects adapting the competences of managers and organizations to the dynamic world.

She has collaborated with large organizations - leaders in their industries, startups and investors ,as well as the SME sector, working with managers, boards, and scientists. Throughout her career, she has been associated with one of the leading providers of executive education in the CEE region as a trainer and business expert, as well as one of the largest consulting companies in the world (Big4).

She has served as an accredited pro-innovation advisor for the Business Environment Institution at the Ministry of Technology and a business expert in creating the Lublin 2030 strategy (Academic area).

Project manager certified in Prince and Agile, Design Thinking moderator (Google), Kaizen Facilitator, and graduate of the Management TM program and the European Diplomatic Academy. She holds a PhD in international relations and has published on MIT Sloan Polska and Puls HR on topics related to management, new technologies, and innovation financing. She is one of the first people in Poland to raise awareness of the autism spectrum and the potential of neurodiverse Teams among top management.
