Patrycja Mac - PhD student at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences

She is a PhD student at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Graduated with a bachelor's and master's studies in international relations at the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism at UMCS (2021 and 2023).

Graduate of Lublin School of Diplomacy organized by the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2022). She is a two-time winner of the UMCS Rector's scholarship for the best students. Actively involved in the university's activities, she serves as the secretary of the UMCS Latin Americanists' Scientific Club and member of the UMCS Doctoral Schools Scientific Club.

The area of ​​her scientific research focuses on Russia, and in particular the strategic culture of this country. Author and co-author of scientific publications - The issue of Ukraine's subjectivity in the context of the Russian invasion and the strategic culture of the Russian Federation (2022) and The strategic culture of the Russian Federation during the rule of Vladimir Putin. A new research and analytical perspective (2024). Participant of numerous national scientific conferences. Privately a music lover, she is a graduate of the 1st and 2nd degree music schools in the violin and viola classes.
