Oliwia Kapusta - PhD student at the Doctoral School of Quantitative and Natural Sciences

PhD student at the Faculty of Chemistry, Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, where she is conducting a research project financed from external funds by the National Science Centre (NCN) under grant no. 2021/41/B/ST5/03490 entitled Hierarchically cross-linked hydrogels: theoretical and experimental design for biomedical applications under the supervision of Dr Hab. Mariusz Barczak, prof. UMCS.

She holds a master's degree in chemistry from the same university, where she completed first-cycle studies in "Basic and applied chemistry" and second-cycle studies in "Chemistry of Bioactive Agents and Cosmetics". Her research focuses on developing innovative hydrogels for use in controlled drug release systems. In parallel, she conducts research in the field of (magneto)rheology. She is the author of two scientific articles published in international journals and actively participates in national and international scientific conferences, where she presents the results of her research.
