INVITATION TO SPECTACLE “Autobiography” by Company Wayne McGregor
The 23rd edition of the International Dance Theatre Festival which will take placebetween November 12th -17th, 2019 is approaching fast. During the Festival, we will once again have the opportunity to see a “large scale” performance.
We want to invite to the presentation of the perfromance “Autobiography” by Company Wayne McGrego. The tickets are already on sale. Dancers of the Brtish company will perform at the Opera Hall of the Centre for the Meeting of Cultures on November 16th and 17th, 2019.
For 25 years, the British choreographer and director Wayne McGregor has created choreographies, examining life from the perspective of the body. He has now focused on seeing the body as an archive, which is expressed in “Autobiography”. This is a dance performance in which the choreography is based on the structure of the genome.
