Jazz and Entertainment Music students from the Institute of Music of the Faculty of Arts of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University put us in the mood of the upcoming holidays.
During the "Swinging Christmas" concert, both beautiful Polish carols and world hits were presented. A nice touch was the performance of a student with Ukrainian roots who sang a fragment of traditional Polish carol "Lulajże Jezuniu" in her native language. Songs were played in new, original arrangements, prepared by young artists under the artistic supervision of Dr. Marek Stefankiewicz.
