Dear Students,
We encourage you to apply for the Minister's scholarships for significant achievements for the 2022/2023 academic year.
The students who are interested in applying for the Minister's scholarship for the academic year 2022/2023 are requested to apply by October 10, 2022 via e-mail to: justyna.nowaczynska@mail.umcs.pl , providing their details: name, year and field of study, album number, phone number and mailing address in the Republic of Poland.
Students of the Faculty of Arts are asked to send a copy of the above application to: julia.maj@mail.umcs.pl
The grounds for art students to apply for the Minister's scholarship are achievements in the discipline of musical arts/ fine arts of national and international range - participation in concerts, exhibitions, competitions, awards and prizes.
Achievements from the entire period of study should be given, students of second-level studies give achievements from the beginning of undergraduate studies.
Please prepare a list of achievements and attachments documenting the achievements:
-Title of artistic work, name of exhibition, gallery, city, country, date of presentation.
-Titles of works performed/created, name of concert, institution of performance, city, country.
Attachments must be in Polish or English, if the certificate is in another language it must be professionally translated.
Detailed information, regarding the scholarship of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education for significant achievements for students, is available on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science.
The application process for the 2022/2023 academic year is as follows:
- no later than October 10, the student submits the application to the email address according to the above guidelines,
- the coordinator creates an "application editor" account for the student in the ZSUN/OSF system,
- the coordinator creates applications for individual students who have requested an application by e-mail,
- a student, to whom the coordinator sets up an account of "assistant editor", participates in filling out the application,
- the student, after receiving a login and password from the coordinator, edits the entire application, including their personal data, description of achievements or attachments, then after completing the data in the application, the student informs the coordinator of the completion of editing the application,
- the coordinator checks the application for accuracy and the correctness of the data on studies (year, field of study, etc.) and achievements with the actual state, if necessary the coordinator completes the data or requests the student to do so,
- after the completion of the submission stage of the students' applications, the coordinator forwards the applications to the His Magnificence Rector to decide which applications will be forwarded to the Ministry.
