Yesterday International Relations Department had a pleasure to host our Alumnus and a young Polish diplomat Mr. Michał Mazur (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Department of Asia and Pacific). Mr Mazur who graduated from UMCS International Relations MA Program met with students and faculty to share his experience from the appointment at the Polish mission to the EU.

Mr. Mazur served as a First Secretary at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland to the European Union in Brussels in 2011-2016 He spoke on his work as an ANTICI in the EU Committee of Permanent Representatives (COREPER), the decision making and negotiating process within EU.
