Workshop with OEX VCC

The Faculty of Economics at UMCS, in collaboration with the International Student Services Office of the Center for Education and Study Support , organized a workshop titled "OEX VCC is Hiring : Launch Your Dream Career in Poland – A Workshop for International Candidates." This event was held as part of the project "The power of relations – strengthening UMCS's potential in supporting international students," implemented under agreement no. BNP/WTP/2023/1/00023/U/00001 between Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA).

Meeting with OEX VCC Experts

During the workshop , participants had the opportunity to engage with experienced experts from OEX VCC:

The representatives provided detailed in sights into the operations of OEX VCC, one of the leading outsourcing and customer service companies in Poland. The presentations highlighted innovative solutions implemented by the company, such as AI-based tools , as well as career opportunities available for international students .

Workshops for UMCS Students

The event, conducted in English, aimed to introduce students to career opportunities in Poland and to present potential career paths in the rapidly growing contact center industry. The workshop offered participants the chance to askquestions, establish connections, and have direct conersations with the experts , which garnered significant interest among attendees.
