Christmas is coming! This is a special time of year, when being together is what matters most. For this reason, the International Student Office Centre for Education and Study Services warmly invite all international Students to join us for a Christmas and All Holidays Party!
At the event, we’ll be making holiday cards and festive decorations, enjoying presentations on holidays celebrated around the world, and decorate the Christmas tree. There will be refreshments for everyone and plenty of wonderful surprises prepared just for you!
The event shall take place on 6 December 2024 at 12 p.m. in the co-working zone of the Academic Centre for Culture and Media "Chatka Żaka", Radziszewskiego Street 16, 2nd floor.
The event will be conducted in English.

Important! Students who are interested in participation in the Event should complete the forms attached to this notice (Appendix no. 1., 2. and 3.) and send them via email at international.students@mail.umcs.pl or deliver them to the International Student Office in Grześ Dormitory, ul. Langiewicza 24, room no. 10. Deadline for submitting applications: 2 December 2024, 3 p.m.
The event shall host up to 50 participants. The Candidates shall be accepted for participation based on the order of submitting the required documents at the International Student Office (subject to §4 sec. 2, 5 and 6 of the Recruitment regulations).
The Event is organised as a part of the project entitled The power of relations - działania na rzecz wzmocnienia potencjału UMCS w zakresie obsługi studentów z zagranicy, based on the agreement no. BNP/WTP/2023/1/00023/U/00001 between Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange.
