Our Requirements:
Communicate in English is a must have (B2/C1)
Good written and oral communication skills
Experienced in MS office, mainly Excel (will be an advantage)
Proactivity
Your Responsibilities:
Support on proper process management (transport, or finance, or production planning)
Support on operations (understanding E2E)
Customer focus (resolution of customer’s queries, major discrepancies, vendor clarification, direct support)
Improvements (root cause analysis in processes, problem solving)
Reporting (help on account clearing, data management)
Communication (report issues that may appear to customer and local team)
Support on data management
