Prof. Daniel Morales Ruvalcaba from Center for Latin American Studies, Sun Yat-sen University (China) will teach the course " The new geopolitics of Latin American integration. From post-hegemonic projects to disintegration" within Visiting Professors Program at the Political Science Faculty UMCS in in May 2019. The lectures will be held on May 8, 13, 14, 16, 21, 27, 29, and 30th of May, 2019. Students and faculty are welcome to join the lectures along the enrolled group of students from International Relations Program (SM, II st. III r.).
Prof. Daniel Morales Ruvalcaba (Center for Latin American Studies, Sun Yat-sen University 中山大学 , China) Daniel Morales Ruvalcaba holds a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from the University of Guadalajara (Mexico) and a Master's Degree in Contemporary Studies in Latin America from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain). He is a researcher at the Center for Latin American Studies of Sun Yat-sen University (China) and member of the National System of Researchers (Mexico). He has worked as professor at universities in Mexico (Universidad de Guadalajara, ITESO, UNIVA), Spain (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) and China (Sun Yat-sen University) and has made research stays at the Universidad de la República and the Sciences Po.
