Visual artist. She graduated in photography from the National Film School in Łódź, holds a Master's degree in Polish philology, and a Master's degree in social communication and journalism from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. She is currently a PhD student at the Doctoral School of Humanities and Art at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin in the studio of Robert Kuśmirowski.
In 2023, she was the only PhD student in the discipline of fine arts and art conservation in Poland to receive a scholarship from the Minister of Science for Outstanding Young Scientists. She is the Editor-in-Chief of the Postmedium Magazine at the Photography University of Arts in Poznań. Her debut series, Post, won the prestigious Prix HSBC pour la Photographie (2016).
She is a multiple scholarship holder, and an author of books and international exhibitions. Nominated for the Foam Paul Huf Award (2018, 2021) and the DZ BANK Art Collection Fellowship (2019). In 2019, she received the title of Artist of the Year at the DongGang Festival in South Korea. In 2023, she was selected for the prestigious Ars Electronica Founding Lab program in Linz. Her works address the themes of trauma and liminal experiences. She works with her own body, objects, and space. She is currently exploring the topic of withdrawal, seeking a way to describe alternative sensibilities in the context of an overstimulated and increasingly exhausted society.
