Lawyer and practitioner of corporate governance, the law-making process, and regulatory impact assessments. A graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, the Catholic University of Lublin, the National School of Public Administration, and the Leon Koźmiński Academy.
He participated, among other projects, in the restructuring of PLL LOT (compensation for notified state aid), and was the chairman of the audit committees of KUKE SA and AMICA SA. He managed corporate governance in the largest Polish corporations, worked as restructuring advisor, and was a co-author of the Restructuring Law.
He worked in the Ministry of Finance (advisor to the minister), the Ministry of Economy (director of the Department of Improving Economic Regulations), and the Supreme Audit Office (deputy director of the Department of Economy, State Treasury, and Privatization).
In December 2023, he was appointed to the position of Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of State Assets.
