Doctor of Social Sciences in the field of political science. A graduate of international relations, with postgraduate studies in HR and MBA. Since 2016 she has been involved in the internationalization of higher education, gaining experience in coordination and management of projects financed by the EU ESF, Erasmus Plus, Horizon 2020, and NAWA.
She is a scholarship holder of the ERA Fellowship Program for science managers financed by the German Ministry of Education and Science, expert in the evaluation of applications of the National Agency for Academic Exchange.
She is a member of the Steering Committee and coordinator of the International Staff Welcome Points expert group in the IROS Forum network, Research and Innovation Coordinator in the ATHENA European Universities network.
Currently, she is the director of the UMCS Center for International Cooperation.
