Graduated with a degree in Economics (1996) and Political Science (1997) from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. He earned his doctorate in management in 2008 at the Warsaw School of Economics.
An expert and practitioner in the field of regional development and city strategies, as well as strategic management in international business.
Co-creator of the Lublin Development Strategy for 2013-2020 and the Lublin 2030 Strategy. An Initiator of the Study in Lublin program, Lublin IT Upland (together with other Lublin economic ecosystems) and the Lublin Medicine Cluster and Life Science Cluster. He is the author and co-author of over 100 publications and several books.
From 2014 to 2016, he was a member of the Global Advisory Board at the Center for Leadership and Management at Rutgers University in the US.
Currently director of the Department of Strategy and Investor Service at the Lublin City Office. He is also the representative of the Mayor of Lublin for the Lublin Subzone.
