President of the Perspektywy Educational Foundation and Perspektywy Women in Tech, working to develop the potential of women in new technologies. Member of the Council for Digitalization in the 2023-2025 term of office at the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
Creator of the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit (the largest event for women in technology in Europe) and initiator of the "Girls to Technical Universities!" campaign, in which 250,000 high school students took part over 15 years. Author of the IT for SHE program, which was recognized by the European Commission as the best action for women in technology in the European Union.
