During the March 13-14 II Administration Forum at UMCS, at the invitation of the Equality Team, a lecture on inclusive language entitled. “How to speak not to hurt? Assumptions of inclusive language” was delivered by Ms. Jolanta Prochowocz of the Camera Femina Foundation.
In addition, the Chair of the Equality Team, Dr. Agnieszka Ziętek, led a workshop for people employed at the UMCS entitled “Different or Equal? Introduction to anti-discrimination policy”.
These activities were among the elements of the implementation at UMCS of the recommendations contained in the Gender Equality Plan.
