SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY

Senior scientific and technical specialist in the Laboratory of Optical Fiber Technology at UMCS.The research area covers the development of technologies for the production of low- and high-birefringent photonic optical fibers made of quartz glass and various types of polymer materials.In addition, I specialize in characterizing the parameters of special optical fibers and measuring their sensor properties.The classic and microstructural optical fibers produced as part of the research are used in the construction of optical fiber sensors and elements of telecommunications networks
