My scientific interests are related to the production technology and metrology of classic and special optical fibers. I gained my knowledge in Poland and abroad (scientific internships, among others, at Quebec University in Canada and Vrije Universitaet Brussel in Belgium).
My research focuses on developing technologies of low and high birefringent microstructured optical fibers made of silica glass and polymers, theoretical optimization of optical fibers as well as transmission and sensor measurements of optical fibers.
