1. Badanie różnych metabolitów pierwotnych i wtórnych mikroorganizmów i roślin oraz ich wpływ na mikroorganizmy i fizjologię roślin.
2. Badanie różnych mechanizmów promowania wzrostu roślin przez mikroorganizmy glebowe w różnych warunkach.
3. Badanie wpływu abiotycznych i biotycznych czynników na skuteczność mikroorganizmów glebowych selekcjonowanych do biopreparatów.
