Requirements:

• 3rd, 4th, 5th year students with maximum 12 months following graduation - with a real passion for business and technology;
• Basic programming skills in any general-purpose programming language;
• Problem solving skills and positive attitude towards challenges and change;
• Very strong leadership, teamwork, innovation and analytical skills;
• English fluency (Upper-Intermediate or higher level).
• Nice to have: Experience with: Javascript, Python, Scala, Java; Basics of cloud knowledge (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS); Understanding of Kubernetes, Spark, Databases, SQL; Any IT certification (i. e. Bootcamp, SCRUM or Cloud Certification).

Responsibilities:

Based on your experience and preferences you might be assigned to a technical or business / managerial IT traineeship.

Your responsibilities might be but not limited to:

• develop code to solve business problem;
• communicate and cooperate with all involved parties;
• coordinate technical changes and requirements and establish the right user experience;
• gather business requirements and lead process simplification, issue resolution, and manage changes;
• provide business and technical insights;
• collaborate with vendors to deliver against the business needs.

Your traineeship might last 3-12 months.
