Promoted programs: The LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree program is a ten-month program for foreign law graduates, attorneys & judges, which provides resources and opportunities either to enhance professional credentials through an individualized course of study in an area of interest or to prepare for a U.S. bar exam. The program encourages close connections between American and foreign students as well as between students and faculty and includes career mentoring and opportunities to participate in interviewing programs.

Founded in 1785, the University of Georgia is the first state-chartered university in the U.S. and enrolls approximately 35,000 students. Located on the university’s beautiful north campus in the college town of Athens, the School of Law (“Georgia Law”) is a distinct unit of the university with top-tier faculty, outstanding research resources, and highly qualified law students.
