Scientific Interest
I am working as Adjunct Professor at Department of IT Systems and Logistics, Faculty of Economics, Maria Curie-Sklodowska University. I have over 15 years of teaching and research experience and also practical experience in deploying information systems and managing IT projects for both the public sector and private enterprises. I am the author of over 50 publications mostly in the area of using IT solutions for business purposes and IT supported education. My research interests include e-business, IT project management, IS in logistics, digital society development, transaction logs analysis, cyber security, business processes modeling and technology enhanced teaching and learning. I have co-supervised one doctor’s and more than 50 bachelor’s and master’s thesis and participated in the development of several educational projects: Information Systems and Multimedia in Education (ISME), SYNERGY – MCSU Faculty of Economics students’ competences development by gaining practical knowledge, Professional education closer to innovative technologies. I served also as the Associate Editor of International Journal of Synergy and Research, International Journal of Management and Enterprise Development and the reviewer for several journals inter alia Expert Systems With Applications, Scientometrics, Management Issues.
