Due to the COVID-19 pandemics, the university has undertaken several safety measures – among others also important CHANGES IN THE ERASMUS+ QUALIFICATION PROCEDURE:

In order to maximize the health safety of our students and university employees, by the decision of the faculty’s dean this year’s recruitment procedure for Erasmus+ will be organized online.

Please, send the scans of the required documents (a cover letter, certificate with the average grade mark, and, optionally, the language certificate) to anna.lewartowicz@poczta.umcs.lublin.pl

If you need the certificate with the average grade mark from our faculty student office, please write an e-mail with the inquiry to the relevant person in the student office.

Please, download also this document (GDPR confirmation), sign it (in two spaces provided) with the same date as in your cover letter, and attach its scanned version to the e-mail with the rest of the documents.

The deadline for sending documents has not been changed: Thursday March 19, no later than 14.00 (2 p.m.).

There will be no qualification interviews on Friday March 20.

The qualification interviews will be organized online by Skype on Tuesday March 24 or Wednesday March 25. The details will be given in the news published on the faculty website no later than on Monday March 23.
